The Smurna VBL is fluid, shifting tone and aesthetic through capsule collections and alternate logos. Its core visual language draws from science fiction novels and games—referencing the militarized iconography of Halo, the cryptic institutional worlds of Gene Wolfe’s Book of the New Sun, and the sharp, hyper-stylized atmospheres found in Yoshiaki Kawajiri’s animes.
